【Gui Yuanxiang】

$101.00

Guiyuanxiang isn't a Song Dynasty incense, and it has absolutely nothing to do with Emperor Huizong of Song. It originates from "Guiyuan Powder" in Gong Tingxian's Ming Dynasty book "Wanbing Huichun." We've combined this with Tiannianxiang and "Danggui Sini Tang" from Zhang Zhongjing's "Treatise on Febrile Diseases," creating a new take on the ancient formula. It's specifically formulated for those with insufficient Qi, upper heat and lower cold, and liver dysfunction. It's essential for those with varicose veins, chronically cold hands and feet, weak pulses, and menstrual cramps in women.

Fragrance: The top notes are woody and medicinal, the middle notes are sweet and floral with a hint of milk, and the base notes are cool frankincense and grass.

Incense recipe: agarwood, cloves, cinnamon twigs, peony, asarum, tongcao, licorice, cistanche, safflower, angelica, codonopsis, roasted astragalus, frankincense, etc.
